Information
We know that ordering online can be difficult so we make every
effort to present our products as accurately as possible with
clear photos, measurements, and size references. The guide below
is labeled with bead sizes so you can refer to it when reading
a jewelry description.
All
of our jewelry comes packaged in these wonderful organza bags
so they look great whether it's a gift to yourself or for someone
else.

you ever need more information on any of our products please do

Ordering
To place an order you can either search our inventory or browse
by categories listed on the left-hand side of the page. Once you
find something you'd like to purchase just click on the Add to
Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart.
Clicking on that button will also take you to the shopping cart
page where you can see what other items you've got in there and
update quantities. Once you've finished shopping click on the
Check Out button at the bottom of your shopping cart page and
you'll be instructed on what to do from there.
Unfortunately we cannot accept international orders at this time.
Please check back soon though as this is a service we'll be offering
in the near future.
Paying
for your Order
We
accept all major credit cards and echecks through PayPal. You
do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. When you get
to the payment portion of the check-out process you will be taken
to the PayPal site. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks or
money orders.
Shipping
All orders will be sent out within 3-4 business days via USPS.
If you need faster shipping please tell us in the comments section
when placing your order and we'll do everything we can to accommodate
your request. An extra charge may apply for special shipping requests.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be deliriously happy with everything you buy from
Four Idle Hands. If, for some reason, you need to return something
you may do so within seven days of purchase for a full refund
or store credit. Email
us and we'll send instructions for returns. Unfortunately, shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Privacy
Policy
Any information collected during the ordering process is kept
completely confidential and used only for the purposes of processing
the transaction or in case we need to contact you regarding your
order. We will never supply your information to a third party
for any reason. Email addresses submitted when signing up for
our digital newsletter are also completely confidential and will
only be used by us to send information regarding new products
and promotions.
